Privacy Policy

Sifra exists to give you a cleaner public email identity while keeping your real inbox private. This page explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and how forwarding works.
1. What We Collect
When you sign up for Sifra, we collect:
- • Your Google account information, including name, email address, and profile photo, used only for authentication
- • Your Sifra number or numbers and the forwarding email address you specify
- • Basic usage data, such as how many emails were forwarded
2. What We Do Not Collect
- • We do not read, store, or log the content of your emails
- • We do not sell your data to third parties
- • We do not track your browsing outside of Sifra
3. How Email Forwarding Works
Emails sent to your Sifra number are routed through Cloudflare's Email Routing infrastructure and forwarded to your specified destination email. Sifra does not store email content. Messages pass through without being saved on our servers.
4. Data Storage
We store the following on our servers:
- • Your account details, including Google email and display name
- • Your Sifra number or numbers and forwarding destination
- • Email count statistics, not email content
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your Sifra number or numbers will be deactivated and returned to the pool.
6. Third-Party Services
- • Google OAuth, for authentication, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- • Cloudflare, for email routing and infrastructure, subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy
